Overview of job

• Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects. 
• Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements. 
• Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development. 
• Collaborate with testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed-upon requirements. 
• Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end-users. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA). 
• Strong verbal and written English skills, capable of supporting the team with English documentation (IELTS: ~7.0)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex software systems quickly. 
• Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation. 
• Strong communication, presentation, and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience in ERP, E-Commerce, or the Telecommunication domain is preferred. 
• Basic understanding of databases, particularly MySQL. 
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
