Overview of job

• Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects. 
• Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements. 
• Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development. 
• Collaborate with testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed-upon requirements. 
• Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end-users. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
