Overview of job

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the backend team for project execution.
• Ensure backend stability and quality, owning the backend technical architecture.
• Collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders on backend project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with detailed product specifications.
• Review and approve backend technical documentation and code.
• Provide mentorship, training, and oversee the career development of backend engineers.
• Other tasks as assigned.
