Overview of job

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Project Manager to join LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. As a PM, you will be responsible for managing software development projects for global clients (mainly Korean and international enterprises). A solid technical foundation in mobile or web development is required to effectively lead the development team and communicate with stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional development team including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Work closely with clients and LG CNS Korea HQ to gather requirements, define scope, and align expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables by managing code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation (project plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
