Job Description:

Requirement Analysis​: 

• Collaborate with the Leader and Business Analyst to understand user stories and technical requirements
• Provide feedback on feasibility, effort estimation, and implementation strategy

Solution Implementation: 

• Develop technical solutions based on approved designs and requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets functionality and performance standards
• Perform unit testing to ensure code correctness
• Collaborate with QA for integration, UAT, and bug fixes

Deployment & Support: 

• Prepare deployment-ready code and configuration
• Support staging and production deployments of the data processing flows for marketing campaigns
• Assist in post-deployment verification and monitoring

Monitoring and technical defect resolution: 

• Perform daily monitoring to assess system status and detect any errors
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document technical defects
• Support in verifying journey settings, system configurations, data integrity, and system integration issues

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including Code comments​, Development Plan, System & Function specifications (Automation, DE)​, Setup guides, and Handover notes

Reporting: Daily/ Weekly report to the Leader and support with Issue report (if any)

System optimization and enhancement: 

• Refactor and optimize existing code for better performance and scalability
• Keep updating on new Salesforce features, functionalities, and provide recommendations for process improvements

2.  Working Environment

• Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
• English working environment: Chance to work onsite abroad and work on challenging GDC projects. Work closely with both Vietnamese and Korean experts.
