1. Develop and Drive BI Strategy

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the company‘s goals.

2. Data Analysis and Insights

• Analyze data from various sources (including sales, marketing, operation, and finance) to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Proactively provide insightful information via reports or presentations

3. Reporting and Dashboard

• Proactively Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Serve as a key connector and leader, inspiring and fostering strong bonds within the BI team, enabling seamless collaboration and alignment toward shared goals

5. Training and Coaching

• Provide training and coaching to team members and other departments to enhance data literacy and ensure effective use of BI tools and data insights across the organization.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operation,...) to ensure alignment and integration of BI initiatives.

7. Technology and Tools Management

• Stay updated with BI tools and technologies, ensuring the organization leverages best-in-class solutions.
