Summary: We are looking for a visionary Product Prompt Engineer with a strong foundation in backend engineering, capable of building and integrating frontend systems, backend systems, customer service portals, and operations portals using AI tools. In this role, you will be at the forefront of adopting an AI-first approach to product development, continually challenging existing workflows and foundational engineering principles, while engaging in rapid experimentation to enhance value delivery to customers. • Take the lead with AI-first adoption, leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering skills to automate work wherever possible so that we can improve time-to-value.
• “Question the requirements”, to get to the essence of what is actually needed, ensuring that we are building the right things right.
• Collaborate with a new, AI-first product development team where you’ll be at the heart of building and scaling innovative enterprise financial products, driving meaningful impact from day one.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, designing systems to satisfy customers and validating assumptions with data driven insights.
• Innovate like a startup—lead the charge from concept to deployment, continuously testing, learning, and improving your product with every iteration.
