Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Systems & IT Support Engineer to manage, integrate, and customize our internal business applications (BambooHR, Kintone, and other SaaS platforms), while also providing technical support to internal users. This role ensures seamless integration of business systems, supports HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and resolves application and network issues to keep our teams productive.
The ideal candidate is both system-savvy (able to code, integrate, and automate) and support-oriented (able to troubleshoot user issues across software, hardware, and networks).
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
