• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Provide effort estimates for planned work and communicate adjustments when scope or requirements change 
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback 
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver features 
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization 
• Document your work for future reference and team knowledge sharing 
• Follow company coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements 
• Mentor and support less experienced team members to improve their skills and work quality
