Overview of job

Communication and coordination with the Japan headquarters and customers
Promotion and support in software development projects
General assistance in PM and PL tasks

Visa and Work Permit application fees covered by the company
Bonus twice a year (Tet: 1 month, Summer: 1 month) Annual leave: 12 days in the first year
Standard allowances:
- Transportation allowance: 450,000 VND
- Meal allowance: 650,000 VND
- Perfect attendance allowance: 100,000 VND
Annual health check-up, external training, company trip

Job Requirement

Education Requirements: University graduate
Gender: No requirement
Age Range: Around 25 – 40 years old
Over 3 years of experience in Web or Open system development (regardless of programming language)
A proactive personality with the ability to communicate flexibly depending on the counterpart
Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in offshore or nearshore software development projects
Overseas experience (including working, studying abroad, or willingness to work overseas)
