Overview of job

• Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department, and the Executive branches
• Analyzing, understanding strategic business needs, and planning for growth
• Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet business requirements as well as the design of technical systems if necessary
• Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications
• Be familiar with the SCRUM Agile Development methodology and Conduct regular stand-ups with the development team and product owner in the capacity of a SCRUM Master.
• Managing change requests from stakeholders
• Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests, and UAT sections with users and product owners
• Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
• Analyzing data to inform business decisions
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements
• Producing reports on application development and implementation
