Overview of job

• Lead testing team for software development project
• Work with client/team closely and participate in team activities/events
• Perform all testing activities independently and effectively: test estimation, test planning, test strategy, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking, etc.
• Understand automation frameworks, can maintain and use the automation framework to automate the new test cases
• Collect data and report testing status
• Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness 
• Work with offshore team to communicate findings and coordinates bug resolution
• Contribute to the QA processes by providing the team with recommendations related to QA deliverables and actively participates in process improvements
• Mentor and train other team members
