Since 2009, Titan’s flagship product; the Titan Dealer Management System, has been adopted by Franchised Automotive
Dealerships covering over 45 different Automotive Brands throughout Australia, Africa, and Europe and continues to extend its global reach and reputation as a leading international software provider.
Titan DMS is our global ERP Cloud-based system and marketed as Software as a Service (SaaS) whilst being regarded as a leader in technology and innovation within the international markets in which it competes.
We are expanding our development team in Vietnam which is an integral part of our larger global development team headquartered in Australia.

1 WORKING HOURS
- Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
- Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
- Staff must advise (ASAP) respective team lead and/or office manager if coming to work late
- If staff need to take some time off during working week for personal matters then staff should notify and seek authorisation from department manager. Staff are allowed to work extra hours during the week to make up for those time once approved.
- Working from home is possible and will be determined case by case basis by department manager.
- Some staff are required to work extra hours during weekend for specific purpose such as Conversion or Installation then Leave in Lieu can be applied. Leave in Lieu is not accumulative and should be used first before Annual Leave.
2 HOLIDAYS
- 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years. Company will pay if it is less than 5 days then the company will clear the balance. If It is more than 5 days then The employee will take leave to reduce the balance to 5 days.
- Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
- 10 days public holidays per annum or as per the government regulations
3 LEAVES
- Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum (no roll-over). Staff need to produce doctor certificate if sick leave is taken more than one day consecutively.
- The company observes all mandatory required leave and other special leaves:
- Compassionate Leave
- Marriage Leave
- Paternity Leave
- Maternity Leave
4 HEALTHCARE
- Life and Personal Health Insurance package for full-time and permanent staff.
- Annual health check
5 BONUSES
- Month 13th bonus (paid before Tet and depends on company performance. If staff signed HDLD less than 12 months then the bonus is calculated pro-rata)
- Loyalty reward Program (Bonus for every 3 years, 5 years of service)
- Bonus programs for staff based on performance and projects
6 OTHER BENEFITS, ALLOWANCES AND INCENTIVES
- Full pay during Probation Period
- The OT rate is negotiable between the employer and the employee
- Weekly budget for team buildings and social purposes (150,000 VND per week per person)
- Fully sponsored trip to Australia for training and work experience purposes where applicable and determined by the head of department
- End or mid-year break for the entire team (i.e.: in 2015 we went to Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights)

Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following key requirements:
Development Skills
- Responsible for designing, coding, and implementing mobile app and web applications using modern techniques
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Performing the role of the principal designer responsible for complex systems and their subsystems employing
deep knowledge of current technology and tools, as well as relevant systems that are already existing
- Code Reviewing for other members of the team
- Testing, integrating, writing, troubleshooting and debugging software applications
Required technical attributes:
- 2+ year commercial experience in developing commercial software.
- Strong technical skills in ASP.NET WebAPI and MVC.
- Knowledge and experience in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, ReactJS.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with API integration through web services.
- Experience with application performance tuning techniques
- Expert problem solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Having knowledge of angular 2+ is a bonus.
- Experience with mobile development using iOS, Android or Windows Store is a bonus.
Additionally, preference may be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Working knowledge of or experience in ERP type system.
- An extensive background working with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries and Microsoft reporting tools.
- Experience in Agile Development methodologies
