LOOKING FOR START-UP MEMBER TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCT!

We are looking for a Backend-engineer as a start-up member. We will build a Human Resource management system from scratch to promote business efficiency and organizational strength.

As a start-up member, you will be responsible for building system architecture and developing the Human Resource management system based on business requirements from the CEO.

• Understanding Business requirements from the CEO to build a user friendly system.
• Create a development plan and schedule
• Report task progress daily to the CEO
• Design system architecture of the human resource management system that we will launch.
• Set up your development environment => Design, Build, and Manage AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 etc）
• Develop our new product（Human Rescourse Management System）with PHP, JavaScript , Laravel, React.
• Keep developing new functions on the system after launch
• Optimize Code to make system work faster and smoothly

• Evaluate performance twice a year for a chance to increase salary.
• 13th month salary.
• Yearly Physical examination, Insurances.

• Able to improve your English/Japanese skills
• Working hours：Mon - Fri: Flex time 8 hours a day
• Working Style：Hybrid.
• A PC will be provided.

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience in developing and operating new products.
• At least 2 years of experience in building system architecture.
• Have 2+ years experience in developing systems with PHP.
• Have experience in developing systems with the Laravel framework.
• Used to write API/RESTful API for Web with Laravel.
• Have experience in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3 etc).

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge about PHP Core, MySQL. 
• Basic skill about HTML, CSS, JS, React, Bootstrap 4.
• Ability to use version control (Git).
• Have knowledge about Linux.
• Have knowledge about Cloud Server, SSL.
