LOOKING FOR START-UP MEMBER TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCT!

We are looking for a Frontend-engineer as a start-up member. We will build a Human Resource management system from scratch to promote business efficiency and organizational strength.

As a start-up member, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX into actual codes.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the Japanese CEO, designer, and backend engineers to develop the Human Resource management system.

• Evaluate performance twice a year for a chance to increase salary.
• 13th month salary.
• After a  Year, a chance to be a leader, get a raise your salary
• Yearly Physical examination, Insurances.
• Monthly company dinner/lunch
• Young and active working environment,
• Able to improve your English/Japanese skills
• Working hours：Mon - Fri: Flex time 8 hours a day
• Working Style：Hybrid.
• A PC will be provided. 

Skill & Experience Requirement (Must):

• At least 2 years work experience as a front engineer with JavaScript, React
• At least 2 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JS
• Have experience in designing and developing with design tools such as Figma.
• Good as using Bootstrap 4
• Able to learn new CSS Framework instandly
• Able to use Photoshop

Skill & Experience Requirement (Nice To Have):

• Have experience in using AWS (not necessary）
• Able to use illustrator
• Able to communicate in English
