- Lead Quality Assurance: Oversee and execute all testing activities, including both automated (70%) and manual (30%) testing, to ensure high product quality.
- Automation Strategy: Drive the development and maintenance of end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to review project requirements, provide testability insights, and deliver accurate effort estimations.
- Product Advocacy: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions that improve functionality and user experience.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks for Web and API. Experience with Mobile automation is a plus.
- Strong experience with a modern programming language like TypeScript or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design. Experience with Go is a plus.
- Solid understanding of coding practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Playwright or CodeceptJS is preferred.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve CI/CD jobs.
- A strong passion for technical and functional details, with a keen eye for quality.
