• Support the T&D Manager, as required;
• To identify training needs and define schedules as well as implementation methods;
• To take high responsibility for training topics assigned and assure professional service is delivered;
• To work with requesting managers to find suitable trainers/vendors with effective content and training methods;
• To work collaboratively with different business areas (German, India, Singapore, Japan…) and drive learning & development forward according to business needs;
• To be involved in training activities including TNA, program design, course delivery, course evaluation
• To continually improve and update the processes of training and development strategies;
• To manage and liaise directly with external training service providers/vendors;
• To understand, manage and propose the training effectiveness measure;
• To manage training budget and improve quality process;
• To provide comprehensive reports on all training activities;
• To actively participate in ad-hoc Training & Development projects across the organization;
• BA degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in training related, IT industry experience will be an advantage.

• Ability to lead and motivate, handle multiple tasks effectively and analyse data
• Preferred experience in training needs assessment, course design, course delivery or course evaluation
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented;
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management;
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellent mind set and positive thinking;
• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
