- Provide the level 1, 2 and 3 supports by managing requests from customers and partners;
- Participate in the whole support process, from analyzing and implementing the patches to providing evolutions of functionalities;
- Identify the anomalies, evaluate its critical level, ensure the hand-over to the R&D team and make sure that the correction is made within the time required by the customer and in accordance with the SLA;
- Request for development of new features in case of need.

- Bachelor or Engineer’s degree in Computer Sciences or related fields;
- Good command of English;
- Solid core skills in following technical landscape:
