2. Project support and monitoring:
Monitoring:
• Monitor project status including: weekly progress, resources, budget, payment, risks & issues, scope, interdependency, …
• Documenting project knowledge, lesson learnt.
• Monitor and update all follow-up action after project closure.
Support:
• Support PM in logistic tasks: meeting room and working space arrangement for project team, assets management for the project, vendor check-in/out, …
• Join and take meeting minutes. Monitor and remind PM about follow -up actions after the meeting.
• Support for document signing and project folders management.
• Support for translation between Technical and PM
• Support for other tasks as per requirement from Project Manager.
• Understand regulations and processes related to project implementation and instruct Project Manager to take action.
1. Experience: • At least 3 year – experience as a PMO or similar role
2. Acknowledge and skill:
- Language: Korean in advance (~ Topik 5), English in basic
- Major in Information Technology or Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Language
- Basic knowledge of information technology system. Knowledge of IT project, implementation process. Understand the model and operational approach of PMO
- Ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
- Quick learner and interested in learning new technologies
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
