Job Description:
Skedulo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in our Vietnam office, working in the Vietnam timezone, that will work closely with our Engineering, Product, Dev Ops, and Customer Success Teams globally.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with Salesforce and application problems.
  • Demonstrate efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Assisting in the troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Working on various application customization projects using Javascript and Salesforce development techniques. Ideally the ability to debug and troubleshoot problems in Salesforce code.
  • Resolution of issues for clients, providing liaison between clients, a customer success team, and engineering.
  • Opportunities to work on core product development, integration development, and customer success development projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1+ years previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist in a complex environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Great communication skills are a must.
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Administration and a solid understanding of Salesforce Development.
  • A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge, and apply new skills in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task between different support channels and issues
  • Good knowledge of web server technology, REST, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Javascript. Angular 1 and/or React would be beneficial.
  • Enjoy problem-solving while learning, developing, and applying new skills along the way.
  • Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Zendesk.
