You will be part of our delivery team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout all phases of the software delivery life cycle as we initiate a transformation of NAB technology.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role provides direction and leadership to the Quality Engineering (“QE”) delivery team of 200+ engineers and testers located at Nab Vietnam. The team delivers all software testing globally across Nab, including:
  • System Test (ST)
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Performance testing
  • Test automation
• The role is accountable to drive a cultural shift in testing practices that supports Nab’s Expert Engineering agenda, which includes attracting and hiring the best engineers, using the best test tools and frameworks to deliver a consistent and market leading testing service to the enterprise
• The department is accountable for the final implemented quality of complex, cross-domain software
• Ensure a suitable workforce strategy is in place to manage a significant change budget of $10m+
• Managing the relationship with the quality engineering teams (vendors and NAB staff) across all locations where Nab operates
• The QE brand should characterise the NAB core values, and build advocacy with internal colleagues and external customers, driving a positive and measurable change for the benefit of customers, communities, employees and NAB.
• This is a flexible working opportunity, however due to the people lead nature and requirement to lead and engage directly with the QE team there is a strong preference for this role to be and working physically in the office
