For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Machine Learning/Data Engineer to work in Ho Chi Minh City. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment.

Their client is developing a complete solution for trusted collaboration in the cloud. It seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office 365, Teams and SharePoint. The Machine Learning/Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytical models that support business decision-making. This role combines strong engineering skills with statistical and machine learning expertise to transform raw data into actionable insights. Data Pipeline Development and Maintenance.
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools compatible with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across systems.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
• Database and Infrastructure Management Manage and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
• Implement data security, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure scalable infrastructure.
• Data Analysis and Modeling Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Build and validate predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Min. 2 years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Engineer.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure AI foundation for data analysis and machine learning.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Soft Skills
• Work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers to understand data needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Document data processes, models, and architecture.
• Intermediate level of English in speech and writing
