MEGAZONE Vietnam is looking for a highly skilled Snowflake Data Engineer with strong experience in Databricks to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams at MEGAZONE CLOUD and external partners

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver clean, reliable datasets.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Implement data modeling best practices (dimensional/star schema) in Snowflake.
• Manage and optimize cloud data warehouse infrastructure (especially in AWS environments).
• Build data ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured data sources (e.g., APIs, databases, files, streaming data).
• Implement and enforce data quality, monitoring, and governance processes.
• Automate data workflows and job orchestration using tools such as Airflow, DBT, or Databricks Workflows.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data platform architecture and provide thought leadership on best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code to ensure best engineering practices are followed.

• Working Hours:
  • Standard: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM), Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours may apply depending on project (e.g., 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
