Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as a bridge between the Japanese clients and development teams in Vietnam.
• Understand, translate, and clarify customer requirements; create and maintain specifications in Japanese.
• Build and manage project schedules to ensure work is delivered on time and meets expectations.
• Support project estimation, project schedule, project costs, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
• Review test cases, verify final deliverables, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal members effectively.
• Take initiative in coordinating tasks, resolving issues, and improving processes.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and supporting junior members.
• Collaborate with managers to define goals, risks, and improvement actions.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
• Manage team performance and progress — team size of 8+ members, lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives.
