Team Leadership & KPI Management

• Lead and manage the IT team, track and achieve KPIs
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• within the IT team.

IT Operations & Service Reliability

• Ensure uptime, availability, and performance of critical services across distributed datacenters.
• Oversee backup operations, periodic data restoration tests, and planned failover drills.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, services, and processes.

IT Projects: Planning & Execution

• Plan, drive, and execute IT infrastructure and operations projects
•  Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Dev, QA, Security, and Product teams.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Support for Dev & QA Teams

• Investigate and evaluate new platforms, tools, and systems to support development and testing efforts.
•  Install, configure, and troubleshoot development and QA environments
• Provide timely technical support for Dev and QA teams

System Management & Troubleshooting

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools

Security & Compliance

• Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies.
• Enforce access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection.
• Support compliance audits by maintaining logs, reports, and documentation.
