Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
Analyze business requirements from customers and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
Perform Function Design (FD) and Detailed Design (DD) for system modules and components.
Review, validate, and manage design documents and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
Support backend development and API integration when required.
Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and quality, and in identifying and escalating risks and issues as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager/ Manager.

Working time: Mon-Fri, Hybrid working mode

Essential Experience & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering and/or system design, with hands-on experience in a BrSE role.
Experience working in an outsourcing/offshore development environment.
Technical Skills:
Serverless Development: AWS Cognito, CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda.
API Design/ Development: RESTful APIs, Database APIs
Backend Design/ Development: AWS Lambda (Python), PostgreSQL.
Design Skills: Strong experience in Function Design (FD) and Detailed Design (DD).
Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), capable of handling meetings, requirement clarification, and documentation.

Nice to have Experience & Skills:

Process & Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum methodology process.
Advanced AWS Knowledge
Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, CI/CD, Terraform
Compute & Web Server: EC2 (Ubuntu), Nginx
Database: Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL
Additional Design Skills: Experience with UI Design and overall design flow (BD – FD – DD).
Frontend Development:
Web (PC): VueJS 3, ElementPlus.
