In this role, you will design and build AI-powered applications using modern technologies, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into scalable, production-grade systems. 🧠 What You’ll Do
- Build and scale AI-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants)
- Integrate OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs into real-world systems
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector-based architectures
- Develop multi-step AI workflows and agent-based systems
- Work with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault) to deploy and manage solutions
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with global teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Promote AI-driven development practices within the engineering team

✅ What You Bring
🔧 Core Engineering
- 5–8 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- .NET (C#)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure:
- App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
🤖 AI & LLM Expertise
- 2+ years building AI-powered applications
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI or Azure OpenAI (prompting, embeddings, function calling, streaming)
Proven experience building:
- Chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational systems
Strong understanding of:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Semantic search & vector databases
- Agent-based architectures
Advanced prompt engineering skills:
- Few-shot, structured prompting, evaluation, optimization
🔗 AI Frameworks & Orchestration
Experience with at least one:
- Semantic Kernel (preferred), LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen
- Ability to design multi-step AI workflows
Familiarity with AI platforms:
- Azure AI Foundry (preferred), AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
🛠️ Developer Tooling & Mindset
Experience with AI-assisted development tools:
- GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
Passion for:
- Emerging technologies
- Driving AI adoption in engineering teams
🗣️ Communication
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with international and distributed teams
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith)
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture / platform engineering
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
