YOUR MISSION
The e-Learning Specialist supports our goal of providing diverse learning opportunities by building the capacity of IT professionals to develop and provide software solutions.
The e-Learning Specialist is responsible for creating and evaluating online/blended course content delivered through the ELCA’s training platform.
This position also provides e-Learning materials to support ELCA’s learning and development activities.
› Work closely with course owner/technical expert to design and develop E-learning materials.
› Collaborate with SharePoint team to manage, develop features and UI of LMS, and provide instructions to use LMS features.
› Collaborate with training team to support Vietnam L&D schedule and engagement activities.
› Research, Develop and implement innovative ways of learning online activities, learning tools, evaluating knowledge/ skills transfer to learners;
› Follow training progress to ensure that leaners complete mandatory courses as instructed by the organization.
› Conduct and analyze L&D surveys and training needs to provide insights for Managers/L&D team to enhance learning experience.
› Other Employee Engagement/ Branding coordination assigned by line manager.
YOUR PROFILE
› Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, communications, adult education/ instructional design or information and communications technologies.
› Experience working in software development preferred.
› 2-3 years’ experience in eLearning management.
› Experience with HTML, image, audio and video editing and course-development softwares (such as: Adobe applications: Premiere, Illustration, Effect...)
› Knowledge of and experience in Instructional Design, SharePoint site is a plus;
› Proficiency in verbal and written English communication;
› Genuine interest in people’s learning & development;
› Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with people of diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
› Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
ELCA’s outsourcing and offshoring model is mature and we believe that our expertise is opening very interesting perspectives for us all.
