About the Role
• We are looking for a highly experienced and driven AI Technical Leader to join our team and embrace the exciting challenges and opportunities in this rapidly evolving industry. You will be a key driver of our AI strategy, leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, particularly in the oil & gas and media & entertainment domains.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of in-house AI solutions from scratch to address unique business challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of LLMs, LVMs, and multi-agent systems.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles, setting direction, fostering innovation, and driving execution.
• Cultivate a strong, collaborative, and results-oriented culture aligned with company core values.
• Architect scalable and modular AI architectures, robust infrastructures, and highly reusable application stacks, focusing on maintainability and extensibility.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (back-end, front-end engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers) throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Engage with clients across global markets, understanding their business needs, presenting technical solutions, and building strong relationships. This includes preparing and delivering compelling proposals, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and commercial plans.
• Research and evaluate AI services, models, and tools to identify the best solutions for diverse business requirements, with a focus on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and NLP.
• Mentor and guide junior and engineers, fostering their growth and development.

• At least 8 years of experience in high-level architecture design, solution development, and implementation for large-scale AI/ML systems, with a strong emphasis on production-ready deployments.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI engineers and/or data scientists, including setting goals, driving performance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Large Vision Models (LVMs), and their application in developing multi-agent systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with relevant AI/LLM/LVM tools and frameworks, including:
• LangChain (or LlamaIndex)
• LangGraph (or CrewAI)
• LLM/LVM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama)
• HuggingFace, Transformers, OpenCV
• Python programming
• Experience in developing and deploying APIs for AI models (e.g., using Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate and compare AI models for business suitability, considering both technical and business factors.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills to guide team members and foster their professional growth.
• Experience in the oil & gas and/or media & entertainment domains is highly desirable.
