Tóm tắt công việc
- Đọc hiểu spec, phân tích spec;
- Thực hiện viết test plan, test spec, testcase, test report
- Log bug và verify bug.
- Lên schedule và assign công việc cho team tester 2-3 members trở lên.
- Training cho newbie tester, review các sản phẩm member tạo ra.

- Tuần làm việc 5 ngày, nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật và các ngày lễ theo quy định.
- Thời gian làm việc từ 8:30 sáng, 13:30 chiều.
- Hoạt động nội bộ vào Thứ 6 cuối cùng hàng tháng.
Cùng với chế độ:
- 12 ngày nghỉ phép nguyên lương phép/năm.
- Bảo hiểm cá nhân, khám sức khỏe định kỳ...
- Xét lương 2 lần/năm và xét tăng lương đột xuất theo năng lực.
- Tháng lương thứ 13, 14.
- Thưởng “quá nhiều”: Thưởng Nhân viên xuất sắc hàng tháng, hàng năm; Thưởng dự án, thưởng hiệu suất làm việc; Thưởng tuyển dụng; thưởng nghỉ lễ, Tết... Nhiều khoản thưởng đột xuất khác.
- Trợ cấp “Bao vui”: Trợ cấp team building thường xuyên hàng tháng, quý; trợ cấp đi lại, ăn trưa, nuôi con nhỏ…

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tiếng Nhật tương đương N3 trở lên.
- Hiểu rõ các giai đoạn test, loại test, phương pháp test.
- Biết làm Test plan, test view point, test case và execute test (tạo test report).
- Biết cài đặt môi trường test, khả năng phán đoán và phân tích lỗi tốt.
- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm test DB, API, Batch, Mobile, Web.
- Dùng được các tool performance test như jmeter.
- Độ tuổi: Dưới 32 tuổi.
